Established in 2015, CytoAurora Biotechnologies, Inc. Actively promotes cross-field integration, hoping to introduce the biotechnology and medical industry with the advantages of Taiwan’s semiconductor and electronics industries, and is committed to the research and development of innovative cell biotechnology and equipment, which can be applied to gene and protein research. Aim at the research and development in the field of precision medicine, provide more accurate medical services, and give back to the society.
CytoAurora Biotechnology (Thailand) Co., Ltd. was formally established in 2023, stemming from the strategic collaboration between two experienced and visionary business leaders: Dr. Kich Aungvitulsatit and Mr. Ming-Chih Huang.
- Dr. Kich Aungvitulsatit, an accomplished entrepreneur, currently holds the esteemed position of Chairman of the Myanmar–Thailand Chamber of Commerce and Industry. His participation underscores the company’s focus on strengthening regional business and trade ties.
- Mr. Ming-Chih Huang, is a visionary entrepreneur dedicated to advancing innovative medicine, evidenced by his significant research investment in the parent company, CytoAurora Biotechnology (Taiwan), which was established by Dr. Chung-Er Huang, a distinguished specialist in modern medical device development.

2016
CytoAurora Biotechnologies, Inc. is headquartered in Hsinchu Biomedical Science Park (Hsinchu, Taiwan)
Developed the AI Software “Cell Analysis Tool” (CAT).
2017
- Delivered a speech at the Shenzhen Sanming Project Obstetrics Summit (Shenzhen, China).
- The development of Cell Reveal (1st generation) was successfully completed.
- The development of Cell Picker was successfully completed.
2018
- Delivered a speech at the 2018 Circulating Biomarkers World Congress (Boston, USA).
- Collaborated with Taiwan Adventist Hospital (TAH) to establish the Circulating Rare Cell and Genetic Testing Laboratory (2018–2021)
- The development of Cell Reveal 2 was successfully completed.
2019
- Established CytoAurora Biotechnology Xiamen Branch (Xiamen, China)
- Collaborated with the Taiwan Instrument Research Institute to develop early-stage ovarian cancer screening technology
- The development of Cell Reveal 3 was successfully completed.
2020
- Participated in the 2020 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, USA.
- Selected for the third phase of the TAcc+ Create program.
- Awarded the government-funded “Cross-industry Integrated Biomedicine-Leap Forward Project.”
- Obtained medical device certification for the Rare Cell Capturing Machine (Cell Reveal™) from Taiwan’s Ministry of Health and Welfare.
- Collaborated with Yuan’s General Hospital on a clinical trial for liver cancer.
2021
- Awarded the government-funded “Accelerating the Biomedical Industry Innovation Project in Central China.”
- Collaborated with Tung’s Taichung Metro Harbor Hospital on a clinical trial for women’s cancer.
- Established a “Precision Molecular and Cell Testing Laboratory” in Taichung, Taiwan, and applied for LDTS certification from the Taiwan Food and Drug Administration (TFDA).
- Cell Reveal 3 obtained the China Medical Device Registration Certificate.
- Completed development of Cell Reveal 6 (Rapid detection models).
2022
- The company successfully obtained ISO 13485 International Certification.
- The development of the CCF System and the Cell Aurora 1 System was successfully completed.
- The development of Cell Aurora 0 was successfully completed.
